Job Description:
We are looking for full time dog groomers. The Duluth area is severely underserved and we are booked out months in advance. We have been in business for over 10 years and have great trust built in our community. We are one of the higher prices studios in our area and value quality over quantity while committing to pay our employees a wage that makes making a dog grooming career viable. Our target pay is about 36k plus tips making target pay 45k to start. We prioritize kindness toward the animals and families we serve but more importantly foster an environment of growth and a culture of care for our employees. Our mentality is that if we take care of our groomers, they will take great care of our clients. We look forward to meeting you and serving our community!
