Job Title: Professional Dog Groomer – Boutique Pet Grooming Spa (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)

Location: Janesville, MN
Our boutique-style, up-and-coming pet grooming spa is looking for a talented and reliable Professional Dog Groomer to join our team. We are building a high-quality grooming experience focused on exceptional care, attention to detail, and a calm environment for pets.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No evenings or weekends
Compensation:
$50,000 per year plus tips
Responsibilities:
Perform professional dog grooming including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning
Style coats according to breed standards or owner preferences
Ensure pets are handled safely and compassionately
Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding grooming needs and recommendations
Provide a positive, calm grooming experience for pets
Qualifications:
Professional dog grooming experience required
Grooming certification or formal training preferred
Ability to groom multiple breeds and coat types
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent animal handling skills
