Job Description:
Manager of Grooming School and Salon
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Groomer to oversee the daily operations of our pet grooming school and salon. The Grooming School and Salon Manager will also provide grooming instruction and mentoring for our groom school students with the support of assistant instructors. The school will operate three days per week and train five to 10 groomers per six-month session with the goal of offering two sessions per year. The school is authorized as a vocational training school through the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, and we plan to launch the school later this year.
The Manager will also supervise and support our professional groom team, which currently consists of five team members. We operate two salons, one in Nashville’s Historic Germantown neighborhood which opened in 2014 and one that opened in 2023 in our new building on 16th Ave. North which is also home to our pet grooming school.
Salary range: $65,000 yo $85,000
