RIO GROOMING SCHOLARSHIP GREAT NEWS!

The Rio Grooming School has approved Pet Stylist Development Scholarships for tuition up to $5,000.00. These awards range from $200.00 – $500.00 per student. Rio Grooming students admitted to the 436-hour Pet Stylist, or the 200-hour Bather Brusher programs leading to high demand occupations are strongly encouraged to apply for one of the scholarships. Details regarding eligibility criteria and award process are below:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

New students admitted to a qualified Rio Grooming School program. Preference for recent high school graduates.
A resident of Minnesota or Wisconsin
Enroll in (at least) 200 hour Bather Brusher or 436 hour Pet Stylist
Fill out the online scholarship application between Jan. 1st – Nov 15th, of the current year
Have a 2.0 cumulative GPA or higher

TO APPLY:

Step 1: Complete Rio Grooming’s admission process into a qualifying program
Step 2: Fill out and return scholarship application to support@riogrooming.com
Step 3: Enroll in at least the 200 hour Bather Brusher or the 436 Hour Pet Stylist.

Selected recipients will be notified of their award by Nov 16th of the current year via email

Professional Stylist

We have appointments starting at 7:00 am each day until 3:00 pm depending upon the grooming service being performed. Professional grooming sessions can take anywhere from 2 – 6 hours to complete. Our groomers will call as soon as they are finished pampering your pet so you can pick up right away.

Grooming Students

Grooming School Students offer dog grooming at a discounted rate Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. All new guests should note that they may be required to have one of our Professional groomers complete the first groom to ensure your dog would be a good fit for services provided by our students.

Self-Serve Dog Wash

Rio Grooming offers a Self-Service dog wash that is quick and easy to use. With 24-hour, seven day-a-week availability and no reservation or appointment time required, there’s no limit to when you can pamper your pet to a spa day! Just swipe your credit/debit card and for $20 you will receive 20 minutes of use.
