If an appointment is available at your preferred time, it will be automatically booked for you. You will receive a confirmation via email and/or text once your appointment is successfully scheduled.

Please note: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees.

We will need to create a new file for you as well as go over services and pricing.

Professional Stylist

We have appointments starting at 7:00 am each day until 3:00 pm depending upon the grooming service being performed. Professional grooming sessions can take anywhere from 2 – 6 hours to complete. Our groomers will call as soon as they are finished pampering your pet so you can pick up right away.

Grooming Students

Grooming School Students offer dog grooming at a discounted rate Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. All new guests should note that they may be required to have one of our Professional groomers complete the first groom to ensure your dog would be a good fit for services provided by our students.

Self-Serve Dog Wash

Rio Grooming offers a Self-Service dog wash that is quick and easy to use. With 24-hour, seven day-a-week availability and no reservation or appointment time required, there’s no limit to when you can pamper your pet to a spa day! Just swipe your credit/debit card and for $20 you will receive 20 minutes of use.
